Kwadrofonik&Guests - Music for 18 Musicians/Steve Reich
2 września 2012With great excitement we finished our summer adventure with Reich's music. During "Kolory Polski" festival, organized by Lodz Philharmony, we had unique opportunity to play "Music for 18 Musicians" by Steve Reich. We'd like to thank all of eighteen musicians for engagment and fantastic work's atmosphere, and the audience, for getting into these trance and energetic sound journey. Milosz as a jury member in Debica
24 maja 2012Milosz Pekala will be the head of the jury of Competition for drum set for students of Preliminary Music Schools. The competition will take place in Debica on 13th of march. We'd like to invite all students to take part in this great event.
New Hob-beats's cd
24 maja 2012The duo is working on new cd. There'll be few polish pieces and also pieces by S. Reich, J. Schwanter and K. Abe. We hope The cd will be available in autumn.
Milosz Pekala - the winner of International Percussion Competition in Italy/vibraphone section
20 września 2009We're very happy to announce that Milosz Pekala from Hob-beats Percussion Duo was awarded with the 1st prize of International Percussion Competition in Italy in vibraphone section. The Best 2008's Folk Music CD Award for Kwadrofonik
29 kwietnia 2009Kwadrofonik was awarded with Folkowy Fonogram Roku – the Polish Radio prize for the best folk music cd of 2008. We appreciate it very much and it's great honour for us to be awarded for our Folklove cd (we're working on new pieces :-)
